Themes and goals:
Accredited organisations, the components inclusion and strategic long-term organisational development in the Erasmus Plan The overall goals of this two-day seminar are both on an awareness level and on a practical level. Day 1: • meet potential project partners from other programme countries•;get support to long - term development of your organisation and activities. You will get a plunge into the prioritized focus area inclusion as well as an overview of eTwinning, EPale and other digital tools to learn about the digital collaboration opportunities of these platforms Day 2:• NA staff discussions on monitoring, follow-up and recruitment• SE field: how to transfer former school exchange partnership (KA229) organisations into KA1 and in some cases into KA2
Expected results:
Day 1: The participants • will be connected to organisations in other programme countries with similar interests and needs who could be partners in future cooperation • will learn about the importance of long-term strategic development for organisations in the educational field *will learn about inclusion of participants with limited conditions Day 2: The NA staff• will have common strategies for monitoring, follow-up and recruitment of accredited organisations and especially for SE strategies for following-up of former KA229-beneficiaries

The seminar will take place online on Tuesday 13th of April from 8:30 am to 4 pm and on Wednesday 14th April from 9 am to 12 noon. (CET) The seminar consists of two days. Day 1 is a seminar for all participants, Day 2 only for NA staff.
